Ishmael Walcott Fofanah is a curious and dedicated individual with six years continuous professional work experience. He has mostly gained experience in the university where he has served in different capacities in the administrative wing of the university.

He is a visionary leader and has used hard work, commitment, honesty, diligence as the hallmark for the remarkable achievement he has gained.

He holds a Master of Science in Sociology he obtained from Njala University, a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the same university and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education- Quality Assurance in Higher Education Institutions.

Ishmael Walcott Fofanah is a passionate individual that saw a desperate need to cultivate the major food produce that will make Sierra Leone a food sufficient nation. As such, he teamed up with colleagues to form the company Bonka Babay Solutions (SL) LTD that will be a key player in the agriculture sector in Sierra Leone

He has a five-year working experience with extensive knowledge in facilitation and conducting workshops.
