Contract Farming:
As part of our strategic plan, it is our desired aim to become the largest producer of groundnut paste/ peanut butter in Sierra Leone by 2030. Therefore, we shall be contracting farmers to grow groundnut which provides them with market opportunities and create livelihood in our areas of operations. On the other hand, we are also accommodating contract opportunities from companies especially in agroforestry as we place emphasis on the fight against climate change.
Human Resources:
We offer companies and institutions excellent Human Resource services which ensures that companies spend less time handling HR challenges, provided with safety in complying with hiring rules, labor policies, collective bargaining, recruiting and training, legal compliance and risk mitigation, onboarding, conducting background checks, performance management etc. This allows companies to be able to do cost savings, affordable employee benefits, streamline HR tasks, access to HR expertise and compliance, and better HR reporting and analytics.
Procurement & Logistics Services:

Groundnut:
Groundnut is an essential commodity that is of high value food chain to the population in Sierra Leone. As a company, and as part of our Project Action Plan, it is our ultimate goal to cultivate large plots of land that will influence the production of groundnut during the first phase that will span unto 2026. In the second phase which starts in 2027, the yield will be processed to groundnut paste and ready for the market
